Absolutely lovely experience our server was amazing. She took the time to explain each dish to us which was lovely for us first timers. She took extra precaution with my gluten allergy and made accommodations and was sure to say that food was gluten safe every time I ordered which gave such peace of mind! Would 100% recommend anyone/everyone to dine here!
We had a great experience at Castello Italiana in the Fairmont Banff Springs. Our waiter David was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. He’s honestly the best waiter I’ve met across all the Fairmont hotels I’ve stayed at around the world. The shrimp was also amazingly tender. Highly recommend!
If you are staying at Fairmont banff or just in the area head to Castellos Italian restaurant, Its perfect.
