Phenomenal food taste and quality! Excellent service by our server as well as loved that the chef came out and spoke to us about the menu and checked in with us after the fact. Stand out experience, I would not hesitate to revisit.
Absolutely superb. If in Banff, first of all stay at the Fairmont. If not, at least come here for a meal. From the food to the service to the ambience everything was perfect. Highly recommend

i ordered the lobster carbonara and my mom ordered rockfish, i believe.
the pasta was delectable although the lobster was a little dry. the rockfish was good too, but it was very spicy.
