Smooth tasty full-body flavor from a fast funny baristo!
Parking: ever spot gets filled quickly in the mornings, need to reserve a space/ticket for the gondola or hike the whole way up

Wheelchair accessibility: must reserve the gondola ride, ground entrance and observation decks have many stairs, so limited elevator and back hallways are needed to move around

$5.75 for a small hot chocolate that was watered down and barely tasted like hot chocolate.One girl working, another bringing in stock and the guy playing on his phone had to be told to move so the one girl could do her job.
