Rivalling Vancouver/Toronto being some of the best. This place is a hidden gem in Banff. I guaranteed you wouldn't be disappointed and if you are, this isnt you're type of food. This will hit the spot after a day of exploring. The food does take a while to come out but the chef makes it on the spot. Who wouldnt want it that way anyways?! We found this spot by luck and feeling bless to have tried Yan's cooking. Yan's the Man!“

“Edo Japon has became my favorite restaurant. The food is delicious, fresh, healthy and, the portions are just enough.
The service 5 stars. People is always helpful and friendly. I use to go anywhere because I travel a lot but the Cascade shop in Banff I used the most. Thanks guys. See you next week.“
