I frequent luxury hotels. I am fortunate to attend business meetings that take place in quality vacation spots around the world. I have stayed at more Intercontinental, Fairmont, Ritz, and Waldorf hotels than I can count. This is the first time I have paid a five-star price for a three-star-sized bed and room. I loved the hotel, the history, the service, and the amenities (horseback riding on site). But know you are paying for a top vacation spot and may not get a top vacation...
We had lunch at The Vermillion Room. Very delicious, plenty of choices and reasonable prices. Our Server, Genevieve was outstanding. Cheerfully greeted us, attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcomed!
Banff Springs was on my bucket list of premiere courses to play and it did not disappoint. The practice facilities were the best I have ever seen. Every hole had a spectacular view. The course was in exceptional condition and the staff was world class. Kudos to Jae and the team for making me feel so welcomed.
