“We only go here to eat sushi when in Banff. You can choose fancier places in town but when it comes to good sushi this is place to go. Service was also very good. Our server was very nice. We had to go to a place where someone with celiac can eat and this place is great. They have it on the order. The chef receives the order with all allergens on it. It is also very quiet so it is very nice if you like a relaxed conversation while having lunch or dinner.“

“Edo Japon has became my favorite restaurant. The food is delicious, fresh, healthy and, the portions are just enough.
The service 5 stars. People is always helpful and friendly. I use to go anywhere because I travel a lot but the Cascade shop in Banff I used the most. Thanks guys. See you next week.“
