This is the most beautiful bar I have ever visited. Majestic views! Our server, Charlotte was welcoming and offered great suggestions for what to enjoy. Incredible cocktails and small plates. I will never forget this moment at Rundle Bar.

Beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful overall experience. Bruce provided exceptional service and made us feel very welcome. Chris is an amazing bartender—the drinks were fantastic and so enjoyable. A big thank you to Alex and Faith for managing everything so well and creating such a welcoming environment. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

It was busy on a Friday night, but we were still able to find a spot for two easily. While we were looking over the menu, they offered nuts and popcorn to snack on, which was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed my Wild Flower Fairmont Banff Springs cocktail, and we also ordered the burrata and the pork belly. The burrata was tasty (but I'm a lover of all cheese) but the pork belly was just addicting! Would definitely return!

Michaela was the best server! We came in with a really big group and she was so patient, understanding and accommodating! Highly recommend asking for her when you come here

Great drinks, great view, great service, great vibes!! The mountains and weather were fantastic, the Wild Flower drink was delicious, and Mikayla was absolutely fantastic. Mikayla helped us coordinate a bachelorette party of 12 and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great bar experience in an incredible setting! The views can’t be beat and the Fairmont hospitality was world class. Steph, our server, was knowledgeable, friendly and anticipated all of our needs. It made for an amazing visit, would recommend!!

Great service and fun cocktails with a killer view. We weren't staying at the hotel, but this was worth the walk after visiting Bow River Falls.

We wanted to relax and have a drink on our last afternoon in Banff. We chose Rundle Bar for the atmosphere, which is apparently “we don’t care”. The bar was maybe half full on a Sunday afternoon. The bar had 2 bartenders; we were totally ignored as we sat at the bar for 15 minutes. No eye contact. No “be right with you”. Nothing. We left and went to Sophia’s, where we sat at the bar and were immediately greeted and served the best Park 75 drinks, pasta, and pizza! I highly recommend Sophia’s!

I recently booked a stay at the Banff Springs, and I’ve always chosen the Fairmont brand for its excellence in service , especially when it comes to the brand’s F&B venues.
During my stay, I had the pleasure of visiting the Rundle Bar and meeting Chris. What an incredible experience that was. Every venue should have someone as committed to the guest experience and as genuinely dedicated to the brand as he is. ALSO… he’s just a fun guy, everyone go give Chris a visit !
