This is my favourite coffee shop in Banff to come too! The main barista Akash is the nicest person in town! Always makes the best coffee/ hot chocolate, and he is always got a big smile on his face and great conversation, he is always happy to see us coming back! I will continue coming back to this location purely because of him!
We were 10 people there yesterday.
Akash was the only one who took care of us.
Also, he was communicating with other customers and handled multiple crowd at once.
I really appreciate how hard he worked and managed to get all of the orders so fastly and accurately.
