Dinner at The Prow was delightful. The hostess gave us a table even though we were about 45 minutes earlier than our reservation. The menu offered some interesting options including Bison Steak which I ate and was totally satisfied. My wife had a hamachi crudo appetizer that was also delicious. The Prow offered a good selection of beer and wine in addition to hard liquor store. Our server was very personable and accommodating and added to the enjoyment of our dinner.
Bison sliders and fries were AWESOME! soup special was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and personanle. We appreciate her offering us tastes of a few Canadian wines before we decided. Roomy surroundings.
Best Caesars/Bloody Mary in Banff? Yes, without a doubt. And the country? I don't doubt it. And the rest of the world? Maybe not the absolute best, but in the top five for sure! Go here, order a Bloody Mary. You won't regret it.
