Pretty good service and atmosphere, food was tasty, not too busy. Pleased with this place.

Sushi was inexplicably slathered in mayo and california roll came without avocado. Bento boxes tasted as if they were microwaved. Not only was the service unwelcoming, but 15% gratuity was automatically added for our party of 4.

Food is good , but worst service

The sushi rolls unfortunately fell short of expectations. They contained a lot more rice than filling, which threw off the balance of flavors, and the preparation didn’t seem quite right. The bento box also had a disproportionate amount of rice compared to the meat, which made the meal feel unbalanced overall. I was hoping for better texture, presentation, and portion balance.

Food wasnt the best. I ordered pork belly ramen, the pork belly was the only thing that tasted something. The soup was so watery and bland. We also ordered 3 chicken teriyaki bowl and 2 beef bowl. They also said it was subpar. 😐 The place was not busy at all at Saturday 12:30pm. Not going back here. Im sorry. Its just that the ramen should have a tasty soup but this is just water and sesame seeds.

Extremely slow service. Food is good but not worth the wait especially as you’re in Banff for a vacation. If you wanna waste 30-40 mins while you’re on a vacation just for Ramen then go here.

Food is good but every time I order over the phone, the person who takes orders couldn't understand what I'm saying. I try to speak as slowly and clearly as I can but still no good. Their staff are lovely but this is getting really annoying.

The prices are overpriced, and the waiting time is terrible. People literally stand in line to get their orders.

Great value for money. We ordered veggie fried rice, chicken teriyaki bento box, crunchy tempura tuna roll and veggie spring rolls.
Bento box was ok for my 5yo. The fried rice was great, specially with the various hot sauces on the table. The spring rolls were cold but tasty. The sushi was not good at all. We couldn’t finish it.
They were a little overwhelmed when we went in, possibly why our sushi didn’t show up until almost closing time.

Friendly worker, slow service. Took one hour for my Ramen, it was served cold and the taste was not pleasing. For one hour wait I was expecting it to be the best ramen i have ever tasted in my life, but no, even cup noodles tasted better.

We waited for more than an hour to get our food. We also ordered some drinks that they have almost completely forgotten to serve. The ramen was served cold and was inedible. The cashier was really friendly and is trying her best but I noticed she was overwhelmed.

You need to pay before you get the food, the question is how could the customer know how much tip they want to give? the food is OK but it may not be a good choice if you are finding Japanese cuisine.

You will have to order at the counter. You will have to buy your water. Find a table and look at what you want to order.

Food: Disappointing. Sushi was okay but the Bento Box bowls were severely underwhelming. The Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box is an example of low effort. The salmon tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave and it has a slight bitter taste to it but thanks to the teriyaki sauce, it was a little easier to chew. We did not finish the Teriyaki Salmon. The Teriyaki Shrimp Bento Box was also underwhelming as it looked like the shrimp was just quickly glazed in the Teriyaki sauce (pictured). The sides (fried wonton and fries) were mediocre.

The chicken karaage was probably the only good dish but most of it had too much of the powder and we were eating the fried powder.

As much as we were trying to enjoy the food, it just did not give us any spark. We did not finish the fries, the salmon Bento, and the chicken karaage.

Seating was easy as no one was there. Service was as expected since you're only ordering and you have to buy your water.

The place was a bit depressing and the one person at the counter was a bit flustered and not too cordial. We had bento boxes with teriyaki chicken. The chicken was tasteless although tender. There was mayonnaise on the sushi rolls and the pot stickers were tough and cold. Totally disappointed.
