Have you ever had a meal in which you just don't want it to end? The flavors enhanced one another. We had scallops served with a pork belly slowly roasted to perfection. Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.
Super lekker bison vlees en verfijnde voorgerechten. Heel vriendelijke en professionele bediening. Lekkere wijnen. Besteden veel aandacht aan de prospectie van hun leveranciers. 👍🙏
Everyone of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The bartender recommended the bison trio for us and boy oh boy was he ever right. If you’re looking to try bison but unsure what to try, give this trio a try you won’t be disappointed. The bison was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend the bison and this restaurant

With a strong emphasis on local ingredients, The Bison remains a fantastic dining experience worth trying, especially for those with dietary restrictions, as the staff is accommodating. However, some guests have noted that the bench seating could be improved for comfort.
