The experience overall with Banff Sunshine Village was amazing, but I want to give a special shout-out to Ben Smith, the server at the hotel restaurant, Eagle's Nest Canadian Bistro. Ben went above and beyond and deserves the highest recognition for his attitude and service.

Eagle's Nest is the upscale dining option in the lodge.
We were served by Henry who made a show with heating up the Cherry Jubilee. He even made the fire alarm go off.

I ordered and was overwhelmed with the Bison Osso Bucco, primarily because the dish was larger than I expected. However, the meal was delicious and I finished the last bite.
Traveling solo, I felt slightly out of place, but enjoyed people watching (even though there were but a few tables seated).
