We had an excellent birthday dinner at the keg last night in Banff. A waitress went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The neighbors at the tables near us were all very friendly. We highly recommend celebrating birthdays there. They even threw in some much pie with a candle for the birthday.
It's all about the steak. Unfortunately, the Keg took the pork ribs and cauliflower mash off the menu. So there are limited options besides steak. We've never had a bad meal at the Keg, and this was no exception. Their twice baked potatoes are the favorite part of the meal for me.
Of all the places we ate in Banff during our stay the Keg was best bang for our buck. Great atmosphere , great service. Food was perfect. Reservations were easy to make. Would recommend to anyone.
