We stayed on July 2, and were unexpectedly upgraded to a one bedroom suite with beautiful views from every window. You just can’t beat the excellent customer service here. They bend over backwards to make sure your stay is perfect in every way. We can’t wait to come back here again. This was our second stay and looking forward to the next.
We had an incredible 5 night stay in this historic and iconic hotel. Their services are incredible and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were welcomed by one of the VIP teams, Anna, and we really appreciate her genuineness. Even before arriving, they had follow up on us and offered planning on our itinerary.
