Terrible service. I’d give them negative stars if I could. We stopped by for a drink while kids ate pastries bought next door. They said the kids (ages 7 and 4) couldn’t stay, despite seating in the empty patio, because their food wasn’t bought here. Will not be stopping here again. Do not recommend this place.

We were roaming around in Banff and were super hungry so we decided to take up on this pub, what a horrible mistake that was. We had two kids with us as well. The service was horrible!!! It took 35 min for someone to come take our order. Yes they were busy, it was a long weekend! You are in the most tourist place after all at least get more workers rather than two who were extremely worked hard.
Order was taken correctly we ate the steak sandwich which was good but no sauces brought to us. One of the servers was I felt very racist who did not want to come take our order, I asked him for Tobasco he was so rude And said it’s on the other end of the bar. I went and got it my self. No refills on pop! No checking in to see if everything is good, atmosphere was good, small little place that gets crowded!!! Food 3/5 Service 0/5 Friendliness 2/5

The food was amazing. The chicken was moist on my burger. The only problem with this was the service. I had to wait for 20 minutes for a refill on my water and iced tea. I was finished with my food before I got a refill. It was also only 3:30 so not super busy.

Tommy's has amazing food with great portion sizes. The servers are friendly and helpful.
We had our pup with us and the accommodated us to the patio, and brought him some water.
The BBQ burger was fabulous, juicy and has an incredible homemade BBQ sauce. Perogies has the fully loaded sour cream that was delicious.
Overall very happy with our service and food. Highly recommend trying!

Starters are ok and plentiful, but we didn't like the main courses. The burger patty tasted like it came from the freezer, was hard and dry.
