“Stopped in at 5:30am for a quick breakfast before we headed to Banff for an early hike.
We were limited in early morning food options in the area, and we were grateful cinnamon spoon opens so early. The interior is so cute, with many little wooden tables and pretty plants.
I wanted to try more of their desserts and pastries but we ended up ordering their salted caramel latte and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The sandwich hit the spot and it was very portable on the go.
The cashier was polite and quick. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you are in Bragg creek!“

“Everything about it! My family travels to Bragg Creek from Black Diamond often, just to get goodies from The Heart 💜 soo yummy! We are all vegan, and some of us GF as well, and find delicious food all around! Only problem is when they’re sold out 😆“
