Don’t do it. Either these patties are frozen or mixed with saw dust cause there wasn’t a hint of pink and just didn’t fall apart like a fresh burger. I had to wait about 3 min just for someone to open this shady window. In my opinion if you’re going to have a shady literal hole in the wall spot, you can at least have the window more than 2 inches open. The gentleman who then opened the window had 0 personality. I had the Impossible Burger, it was okay. I think they deep fried the patty, which I don’t appreciate. I find a lot of places are like this with their veggie burgers, they don’t put any effort into making it different or good, just throw in a veggie patty and call it good.
I was intrigued by the pork and cheese curd combo for a burger but found it was fairly bland. Definitely a quality burger but needs some veggies to earn that last star. Poutine was as good as you can get in Alberta.
