Don’t do it. Either these patties are frozen or mixed with saw dust cause there wasn’t a hint of pink and just didn’t fall apart like a fresh burger. I had to wait about 3 min just for someone to open this shady window. In my opinion if you’re going to have a shady literal hole in the wall spot, you can at least have the window more than 2 inches open. The gentleman who then opened the window had 0 personality. The fries were decent. For this to be my first and last meal in Calgary I was very disappointed.

I've been here twice now. Great Burger for $10 and the poutine is definitely worth $10! The guy running the window was awesome to deal with. Good work

Ordered a burger and fries for window pickup. On getting to the window 30 mins later they were unaware of my order. Was told they would make my order and to return in 10 mins. On returning 10 minuntes later was told they made the wrong burger and to return a third time!!Final order (50 minutes after ordering and 3 trips backand forth from office) was delicious. Food was good but regrettably unsure how I could frequent an establishment this disorganized.

Cute little whole in the wall place. Little on the expensive side. But the gravy they use is delicious ?

ordered a meal Togo... and it took a hr and 15 mins until I asked about my order and while sitting there waiting nobody even offers a water atleast for the long wait .. I ended up leaving without eating after waiting to be told another 15 minutes.

Cool little window where you can get a super cheese Burger and awesome crispy fries definitely worth going back for more.

I live across the street, have been often and the burgers are delicious. However their ordering system and the errors that are caused by it are inexcusable. My GF has a gluten and dairy allergy and multiple times she has either been served the wrong bun or cheese on the burger after repeatedly asking to remove it.Not sure if anything will change but I would recommend being very careful if you have an allergy

Very tasty and filling burger, fries were too salty.I had the whole truck burger and chipotle heat fries.Would be a 5 star if it weren't for the fries.

This place makes a fantastic burger, reminds me of old school backyard BBQ. However it could hardly be a stupider set-up, especially in the winter. They have signs on the building pointing you to what exactly I'm not sure. You are supposed to stand at the side window (which has no signs) and wait for someone to see you outside like a l***** Probably no one will. And if you go inside there is a gauntlet of people to go through just to find someone to find someone to find your burger. And that's if you order ahead. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

I just fell in love with the chicken sandwich!!! It's one of the best in Calgary. After having sandwich from here, I never went to try any other place.

I had the Impossible Burger, it was okay. I think they deep fried the patty, which I don’t appreciate. I find a lot of places are like this with their veggie burgers, they don’t put any effort into making it different or good, just throw in a veggie patty and call it good.

Burger had little to no flavour, and fries were quite burnt in flavour.

I was intrigued by the pork and cheese curd combo for a burger but found it was fairly bland. Definitely a quality burger but needs some veggies to earn that last star. Poutine was as good as you can get in Alberta.
