I had the Impossible Burger, it was okay. I think they deep fried the patty, which I don’t appreciate. I find a lot of places are like this with their veggie burgers, they don’t put any effort into making it different or good, just throw in a veggie patty and call it good.
I was intrigued by the pork and cheese curd combo for a burger but found it was fairly bland. Definitely a quality burger but needs some veggies to earn that last star. Poutine was as good as you can get in Alberta.

Don’t do it. Either these patties are frozen or mixed with saw dust cause there wasn’t a hint of pink and just didn’t fall apart like a fresh burger. I had to wait about 3 min just for someone to open this shady window. In my opinion if you’re going to have a shady literal hole in the wall spot, you can at least have the window more than 2 inches open. The gentleman who then opened the window had 0 personality.
