I am writing to highly commend the exceptional service I received at the Boston Pizza Beddington location in NW Calgary.
I was assisted at the front desk by Ms. Marvi and Ms. Ankara who truly represents the absolute best of your team. They were incredibly respectful, remarkably polite, and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Their welcoming attitude, excellent manners, and helpful approach stood out immediately and reflect beautifully on the restaurant's reputation.

It was a little loud according to the people I was with but I didn't notice. Overall it was a great meal and a nice restaurant with room between groups.

Boston Pizza offers tasty baked chicken wings with a variety of sauces and oven-roasted wings highly praised. The serving staff remains the best in the city, known for their kindness, friendliness, and attentive service. The location has a cozy vibe, especially in the evenings, creating a welcoming atmosphere with good vibes. The general manager, Lydia, is recognized for her amazing ability to correct any issues, ensuring customers leave satisfied. While some dishes like Cactus Cut potatoes may vary in quality, the restaurant overall provides a friendly and pleasant experience. The staff's consistent friendliness and the relaxed environment make it a favorite spot for many regulars.
The dining room is spacious and usually not too loud even when full. The lounge side of the restaurant has an upper and lower floor and is good for watching games on their TV screens. Finding a parking space is always very easy as they have quite a large parking lot out front. The outdoor patio is south facing and always a nice place to eat during the spring and summer months.
Customers appreciate the staff's willingness to offer replacements if an item runs out, demonstrating true care and good service. The server is very good at customer service, going above and beyond. The food is always so good, and many dishes, like the fish tacos, are full of flavor, making visits extra memorable. However, there have been some issues with online orders, leading to dissatisfaction in a few cases. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive for most visitors.
