“I had mango pomelo sago drink. They had a deal on that day for BOGO. I tasted good, I did not know it was slushy but I liked it.

Service was ok, the store was clean but they leave washroom door open all the time, the store smelled like washroom. Drink came quickly, when I visited, the store was nice and quiet.

Not only is she incredibly polite and kind, but she also works with impressive speed and efficiency. I watched with admiration as she prepared my six drinks in no time! Vivian definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding service—maybe even a raise! Great job, Kung Fu Tea team, for having such excellent staff.“

“This is the best boba place in town! Fresh ingredients and the tapioca pearls are cooked to perfection! I only wish it were closer to home so that I could go more often. Guess there will need to be more trips made to the Kensington area! Service was great and the cups are cute. A must try for boba lovers!“

“Small hole in the wall shop that I love visiting after work! The drinks are a bargain compared to anything elsewhere. The drinks are made fresh in front of you by very friendly staff. The hong kong milk tea was amazing and actually tasted like tea unlike many milk teas I have had from chains in Calgary. The slushes are great too! The store itself is very small with no seating, but it is great if you’re grabbing a drink and going! Would overall recommend!“

“Good milk tea for Calgary the milk tea could be better. The best part of the milk tea was the pearls it's warm soft and chewy with like a caramel flavour. The pearls are my favorite best so far I have had in Calgary. Nice spot to sit down and chat away and have a drink.“

“I LOVE this adorable place. Real fruit boba and so delicious. It’s honestly my favourite place to get boba, nowhere else even comes close to the quality and consistently of Happy Cup. Staff are always lovely, patient and helpful. Cute little spot where you get to sit amongst the fresh fruit, and close to Fish Creek and the Reservoir (south). Very easy access from the ring road.Every treat time Happy Cup is #1! My favourites: Avocado-coconut with lychee jelly, Taro-coconut with coconut jelly, orange-pineapple with strawberry boba. Next time I’m trying pineapple-coconut with coconut jelly, and the time after that, watermelon with lychee jelly/boba. I don’t believe it’s possible to make a bad choice off the menu. Thank you Happy Cup! You live up to your name :)

“Menu has classic Korean snacks and drinks. Highly recommend the Spicy Pork Kimbap - I love that it has perilla because it adds a nice flavour! There are a few seats for in-store dining, but it is a pretty small space so probably not great for larger groups!“

“I had low expectations of finding a good milk tea store in Calgary. Luckily, I was near Chinatown! This restaurant’s cute, it’s like a cozy mini milk tea spot. The Totoro decorations enhanced its cute aesthetic. I didn’t get her name, but the lady who took my order and made my drink was friendly and nice. I asked her to choose a drink for me and she made me Hong Kong Milk Tea.

There are many options to choose from and I wish we stayed in this area longer just so I could try more flavors. The pearls/boba tasted good too, it has a unique taste that I can’t describe. My brothers never try other milk tea flavors other than Thai Tea, but they tried mine and bought some too. We love her recommendation! Definitely a place I would Try Again if I visit Calgary once more.“

“This is my go to spot for Bubble Tea as I live close by. Love the vibe and all the bubble tea options are delicious. However, the service is pretty bad and the menu is a bit misleading. We ordered the The Moon Ice Cream. There clearly were boba in the picture. But when we got it, there was none in there. We asked for it, they said we have to pay for it, and the employee even asked us to line up to pay for it. Like seriously? I dont mind paying, but your photo was misleading, and now you want me to line up to pay?
Another thing is they have been running out of stamp cards for a long time. And they don't put any efforts in getting them printed for the customer.
I brought my friends and were embarrassed that they have to experience something like this.

“Everything was made correctly. The staff were friendly and courteous. Great drinks (toppings were fresh and didn't have signs of it being old), great staff,... Nothing more. Nothing less! I'm a very happy customer. :) highly recommend this location! They also seem to be a busy location... I can see why.?From left to right:Matcha mango (with mango boba), coconut milk with foam (with pearls), lychee milk tea (with pearls), and taro milk tea (with pearls), matcha egg waffle.“

“We tried the Brown sugar pearl latte and Aiyu jelly lemon green tea (half sugar). They were both awesome!! You can really taste the brown sugar flavour and the pearls were incredibly soft. Freshly boiled pearls were still warm in the cup. If you’re lactose intolerant, YiFang uses Natrel brand filtered milk which is lactose free! Aiyu jelly was deliciously smooth and if you like lemon, you will love this lemon green tea! Half sugar was the right amount of sweetness but still tart and tangy. We will be returning for sure.“

Not only they serve great drinks but they also offer delicious desserts made by Da Sofi Cakes. Try their exclusive drinks that are only available at this location "Mango Graham" and "Ube Macapuno". “Enjoyed pho and vermicelli. The food was fantastic. Not overly salty as it tends to be in many other places. Tons of flavors and very fresh. We are picky eathers and could not find anything to complain. Service was excellent. They were attentive and even apologized serving the spring rolls slightly delayed as the first batch was burned. Even the water they brought was done thoughfully I'm Caucasian and got class of cold water and my wife who is Asian got a glass of warm water. I recommend wholeheartedly this place.“

“I'm not really a bubble tea fan, but went there for my niece to have bubble tea for the first time today. The lady working there went above and beyond to make it a good experience for her. The toys on the table were a fun addition. Easy parking. Not too busy on a Saturday late afternoon. The milkshake was plenty sweet enough at 50% sugar. The pearls are made with tapioca starch for those avoiding gelatine. We had kids ranging from 2 - 10 years of age, and it was fine. 10/10 experience.“

I love the taro one, it has real taro and the sugar level is great. The colour is so pretty as well.
The brown sugar is good as well, but not my favourite lol.

“Got the half&half k-dogs with sugar and ketchup, SO. GOOD. First time trying these type of corndog and the standard is set super high lol. Sugar topping takes it to the next level (might have to ask for a little extra next time). It did take 10+ minutes but totally worth it since they were as fresh as can be. Grabbed a mango drink from the JusFruit section of the shared counter and that was amazing as well.

I grabbed some other dishes for takeout because I haven’t gotten around to trying much Korean food before. Fried sweet potato is very good, but didn’t love any of the kimbap varieties except the fried shrimp — that’s the only one with sauce and I feel like it’s a bit dry otherwise, tuna didn’t have much flavour. Takoyaki is way better than the premade ones at T&T (actually cooked through and not doughy), twigim looks good but overpriced so that’s the one thing I didn’t try that caught my eye.
