Gong Cha Country Hills - Bubble Tea is a busy spot, especially during peak hours, but offers a clean, modern, and comfortable atmosphere. The staff work efficiently, keeping the line moving at a steady pace with quick and friendly service. The milk tea has a rich, well-balanced flavor without being overly sweet, and the pearls are fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy. Some pearls are a little smaller in diameter but wonderfully cooked right through to the center. The place smells amazing, and the drinks taste good. A critique about price applies only to the gingerbread bottle event, which was $3.50 on top of the drink and considered expensive; normal sizes are a very fair price for great quality. The place is decorated so cute. They have tasty waffles with a perfect mix. The owner changed this year with huge interior changes, and new drinks come out all the time. Parking is a very small area, first come first serve. Only benches are available, and some small tables would be nice. Gong Cha Country Hills is a reliable go-to for bubble tea lovers.
