There are literally 8 staff members standing around doing nothing. Took 30 minutes+ just to get the order taken much less getting the food....staff members just chatting and laughing instead of doing their job....
I think if you have young kids it's great. If your kids are pre-teens and above maybe it's time to move on. The staff were nice and all. It's just that the rides are very slow. Even my old self could ride them. And I get dizzy easy. Concessions very reasonable if compared to back home in America.

an operator at the fried frogs game, blatantly refused to the take my mothers money but would continue to take white peoples money. and when my mom asked why he wasn't taking her money he told her to calm down(she wasn't freaking out at him just asking a question) the game wasn't that busy where he couldn't take her money and was ignoring her. He was very rude and told another customer of the game "that we don't need people like that here" and said he was going to call security...read full review
