Food was good but after ordering just two plates of basic pasta, the meal did not arrive at the table until 1.5 hours after our reservation. Waited at the front for 30minutes before anyone even greeted us or said it would just be a few minutes. Server didn't even say thank you after we paid/tipped, just grabbed the machine and left. I get your busy but that's literally your job as servers and resturaunt managment to care for the customers?

Restaurant was very busy due to Valentine's Day and it's understandable that food would take longer than usual but 3 hours for dinner?? We had a couple of old fashions in sticky glasses, dirty side plates (which we sent back), bread with no butter, oil or balsamic vinegar. We were ready to leave because the entrees took so long and when they arrived, we sent back the pasta as it was cold. No Parmesan cheese was offered. Had dinner with a very large group here, always walk by this place, but first time trying it. The service was exceptional, the staff were all very gracious and accommodating. Food was great and portion sizes were pretty large, they definitely feel more like traditional dining vs the new restaurants popping up and around.
