I recently bought mini cupcakes š§ a dozen of them and they were all stale, they should have taken them off the shelf. If they told me come back for fresh ones I would appreciate that. I bought it for a gift and I felt bad they turned out that way. I use to buy crave cupcakes and they had great service and better cupcakes before š

I bought some cookie sandwiches today and in one of them had a really long hair in the icing ā¦. gross to say the least. not impressed. hair nets should be worn at all times.

I always use Crave for birthdays or special occasions. You can order ahead and have them delivered or pick them up. And if you just want one cupcake you can buy one in store. They also have very good gluten free selection of most cupcakes. You can also get both regular and gf. And they will label them in the box. Everytime I go in the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Their cupcakes are the best. I have tried a cake before but I found it to be dried out. And only other con is there is a lot of icing on them.

Absolutely terrible service! This is the last time I shop here, I special ordered a cake for my partners birthday and the lady there refused to write the message I picked out on the cake, didnāt include the special note with it and was completely rude. Super disappointed as weāve always loved shopping here.

Ordered cupcakes for my little girl's birthday including one vegan one - which was for my daughter. The cupcakes were delivered to my door in a beautiful bag and nothing out of place. The cupcakes were so delicious - even the vegan one, which you cannot even tell is vegan! Very nice customer service when I called in to discuss the vegan cupcake.

Crave has been my go-to bakery since 2010. Their homemade treats are absolutely delicious, and I love their seasonal offerings. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. As a cookie enthusiast, I highly recommend their confetti and oatmeal toffee cookiesāthey're simply irresistible.

I visited your Kensington location in Calgary two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon and requested a vanilla cake. The young gentleman assisting me assured me it was a confetti cake with vanilla on both the inside and outside. However, upon serving the cake, it turned out to be chocolate, which was a big disappointment, especially for the birthday girl who was really looking forward to enjoying her vanilla cake.
For the price of $60, I was expecting the correct order, and itās disheartening that such a special moment was impacted by this mistake. Iāve also reached out but have not received a response yet. I have included a photo of the cake as proof.

I had their mini cakes several times in workplaces. My colleagues just love it and those cakes are just good for sharing and tasting. I thought they tasted good. I went their store last weekend, lined up for a bit and had craveclious and dark angel. To be honest, as an Asian, craveclious cream is a bit too sweet for me, however, It tasted much better with dark coffee. I tried dark angel in the second day, the cream turned to be a bit dry after refrigerating, but itās ok and creamy. I like it as a snack with milk before dinner.
