Deville is my go to whenever possible during visits with my Calgarian friends. I am so lucky this only two minutes away from hotel in this 🥶 weather. I got a donut instead as the last almond croissant would have cost me over 7$ it looked smaller and prices definitely went up since last time.
I think Deville much better than Starbucks Tim Hortons and the other major chains.
This place is a winner. Breakfast sausage wrap was absolutely perfect. The staff were fabulous-super friendly and helpful. And the space (off of Stephen Ave) is exactly what the wife and I were looking for. Gonna crack a book and read for a bit. We will definitely be back; with friends.

We had breakfast here on 13th October and highly rate the cafe.The coffee here is fantastic, taking nothing away from the good food or excellent service. Centrally located with bright airy and engaging atmosphere. Keen to return again soon.

Hello, I wanted to let you know, my husband and I got our coffee this morning from Deville (location: 807 1 St SW, Calgary, AB T2P 7N2) I got Caramel Latte and my husband got Americano 16oz.
After having my Caramel latte, I noticed a fly at the bottom. Please see the pictures attached.
I’m truly disgusted and disappointed by Deville.

Stopped in for a snack and I was blown away by the Sausage Breakfast Wrap! It was way better than the fast food I was considering. The place is deceptively big compared to what you see outside, and staff was great. Will be taking work colleagues and friends here
Usually I really enjoy my avocado toastie but today mine was disgusting. Too salty, the avocado wasn’t ripe, not regular ingredients (arugula instead of the sprouts), portions were significantly smaller but the same price as regular portion, and it took forever. The ladies were nice, but it should be an indicator that you need to step up your game when you have to give me a free latte card before i even eat my food.

Not lots of pastry choices, very limited Its so weird they dont have croissants We ordered cappuccinos and received it warm for some reason, needed more espresso as we couldn’t taste the coffee, they were so concerned about charging us for extra espresso The pastries are just kind of stale got the blueberry scone cause there were no other less sweet options

We recently visited Calgary for a few days and made a point to hit different coffee shops. This one was our decided favorite. The staff ALL were extremely polite, the lattes were perfect , and the food was great! My wife had a sandwich and I had the avocado toasty (perfect!). The almond croissant was a pleasant surprise.
