I had a terrible experience at this location, I specifically ordered oat milk latte, but regular milk was used instead. This is not a small mistake. I got sick and had to deal with the consequences for the entire day.
I was on my way to Banff, and this completely ruined my trip. When someone asks for a non-dairy option, it’s usually for health reasons, not preference. Ignoring that is careless and irresponsible.
This kind of error shows a lack of attention and seriousness around customer orders and basic food handling. I hope the staff is retrained, because this could have been avoided and shouldn’t happen to anyone else.

It’s a small, cozy café. Seating is a bit limited and the tables are quite small. The menu doesn’t have much variety, but the coffee and pastries are good. They also close a bit early in the evenings, which isn’t ideal for the location. It’s a nice spot for a quick stop or a takeaway, but not really suitable for long meetings or working.

I was very appreciative of the positive, smiling cashier/barrista and staff behind the counter prep area. Cashier went out of her way to see how I was enjoying my latte and treats. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Naturally I love Devilles lattes and decided to sit indoors to enjoy the ambiance and cosy seating with a window view. Such a treat! Also love they were open early on a long weekend.
There was a bit of mix up with type of cookie I ordered but she promptly apologised and went to grab me the right cookie. So nice to be treated with such care and professionalism.
Overall, very delicious food and beverage with excellent service.
