I regularly eat at the Edo Japan in Aspen and every single time my experience has been only fantastic. They have the most friendly and accommodating staff that it always surprises me how nice they are compared to so many other food outlets. It’s also always busy and the staff is clearly hard working. The space is always clean and the food always tastes great. My fav Edo Japan of any location by far!
