Wanted no ice yet they still gave it. Virtually no boba pearls at all. They were very hard and undercooked
Got the sauces requested on the app wrong. I ordered the sushi-licious and they always screw us on the dynamite rolls. They are supposed to be four with shrimp, but instead they give two with shrimp and two with un-editable shrimp tails. I've been to other locations that do not do this, just this location. If tourists want the sushi-licious, I would suggest a different location.
