I’m a guest at the hotel which this restaurant is associated with and provides room service for. The restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel. After a long day of travel I just needed a plate and fork to eat some leftovers I had. I asked the hotel front desk who directed me to the restaurant. The hostess told me their policy is not to lend hotel guests plates. Seriously?!?! But you would deliver room service to my room? Do you not use plates when you deliver room...
Freeport is a very pleasant and quiet restaurant hotel. There is ample seating, the staff are attentive and friendly, music is relaxing, plenty of drinks on tap or in the bottle, and the menu has ample food choices.
There is a daily special everyday, as well as happy hour specials between 4-7pm everyday. I tried the 5.00 craft house lager, and it was quite good.

Our flight was cancelled so we stayed at Hotel 11 for the night and opted to have dinner here due to convenience. The hostess/server was lovely and she was very prompt and friendly throughout our meal. In terms of the meal itself, the soda was very watered down and the fries were tasteless. The spaghetti bolognese required quite a lot of cheese to have some flavour but the artisan chicken sandwich was simple and good. Price was also high for what it was.
