Croffle egg Benny brunch is so delicious!!!

We waited a very long time for our order. The drinks arrived a bit faster, but they first brought us a latte and then took it back after 30 seconds, saying it was not ours and they made a mistake.

The service was not very good. There were four of us, and the orders were served very unevenly — two people already had their meals while the other two were still waiting for a long time. I don’t think this is acceptable for such a long wait.

Also, the food did not match the pictures shown on the menu, which was disappointing.

One more thing — there were five of us at the table, and we ordered four dishes, but we were only given three forks for the pancakes. This was also inconvenient and disappointing.

Wow! These were some of the best pancakes I had ever had. I had the creme brûlée pancake (I love crème brûlée) and they tasted and looked even better than I expected!

I had the Blueberry Cheese pancakes and they were amazing!

I always come to this location while in Kensington, I love the fact they have board games available and end up staying for hours on end, definitely recommend along with the great food as well!

What kind of breakfast spot opens at 10 on a Saturday.

I came here three years ago, and it was mostly a good experience. However, when I came in again recently and tried their eggs benny with bacon, it wasn't that good.

It was an interesting choice to fully cook the eggs, the salad tasted weird (don't know if it was the dressing or the leafy greens) and after trying the first benny, I was not looking forward to eating the second one.

Additionally, they were playing really loud club/rave music when we came in which was at 10am on a Sunday. It was difficult to hear my friend while we were talking, and it was just not the vibe for a Sunday morning.

The staff were nice and communicated well though about the wait so not complaining about that.

I made a reservation, but I realized it was of a first come first serve place where you order then sit down. Although, if you do plan on coming during peak hours, they still honour your reservation, and you just have to ask which one is yours when you order. The food was amazing, and the employee that served my friend and me was very patient with our indecisiveness. The fluffy pancakes were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised that the pancakes themselves weren’t that sweet so even if all the toppings are sweet, it didn’t clash with the pancakes.

I’m giving a 4 star because there was a guy who might’ve been the owner or manager, I don’t care, was on his phone while standing at the till. Even if that call was work related, I think it’s rude to customers and your one employee on shift to be on the phone at a station where it is expected you’re going to take or fulfill orders. That’s my only complaint, and I hope others haven’t experienced the same. My condolences to the employee who had to serve so many of us alone.

Also, I don’t think they have a place where we can put our dirty dishes, so we just left them on the table. But I could’ve missed it, as I didn’t see any signage if there was one. Apologies for that.

The Earl Grey cheese cake was amazing!!

I recently visited and was really impressed. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, soft, and perfectly cooked—each bite felt light and satisfying without being too heavy. We had the Creme brulee, Matcha tiramisu, and eggs Benedict e bacon. The flavors were simple but done really well. The atmosphere is cute, they have board games as well. I’d definitely come back again.

Very disappointing experience. The pancakes were not Japanese-style at all. Instead of being thick and fluffy, they were just regular pancakes stacked on top of each other.

On top of that, the cleanliness was poor. We had to switch tables twice because both were sticky and full of stains. We asked staff to clean them, which they did, but this should not have been an issue in the first place.

Overall, not recommended.

On top of that pancakes were burnt.
