Food has gone down hill. Lacks flavour and freshness. Food is sitting too long before they bring it out from back. Crispy items were soggy and sauces are now watery with less flavour. Prices have increased. Dumplings are now like bulk Costco style. Was not busy so this is becoming the norm. The ginger beef which is why people come is now mediocre. The old ginger beef that burned down was so good. This place is a poor replacement.
Salt & pepper prawns with squid were not fresh and had hard pieces of batter and were tasteless. Spring rolls seemed to have a chemical taste and smell, rice and ginger chicken were ok. We have had ginger beef many times and this was definitely sub par. Very expensive dinner considering some of it was garbage bound. So disappointing.

Have ordered from here several times, they are consistently great. Portion sizes are huge and filled to the brim. I barely had to wait for my food and it was still fresh and hot when I brought it home
