The chicken wrap was way too salty I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it in the garbage. Total waste of money. On top of that, it was overpriced. Very disappointing.

Day shift is very friendly and accommodating but their evening line cooks are rude not friendly and cant be bothered to even respond to a question respectfully and certainly not very accomidating.

10 min to closing, I went to order a frappe and was refused. Talk about lazy! It was the same barista that served me early. She was extremely unprofessional and very unfriendly. Don't work in the service industry if you can't treat a customer good!

This was the WORST service I've ever experienced. Especially considering its in a hospital.The lady was rude and snarky. Zero compassion.Not a hello, hi how are you? NOTHING. Just a yup.Great work team!

When I was leaving the hospital after visiting a friend, the courtesy phone to call a taxi wasn't working. There was no one around except the 2 people at the Good Earth Cafe right beside the phone area. I asked them if they could call me a taxi and they put up their hands and said "It's not our responsibility" and refused to help me. I was so shocked by this. It's not your responsibility to be a decent human being and help someone in need? All I needed them to do was make a quick phone call. I would have paid for the call and even purchased some products in gratitude, but now I will NEVER make a purchase there no matter how many times I visit my friend. So discourteous and this is a service business. :(

The staff are amazing, they remember workers orders and are very fast. A far cry from the staff at SHC that are rude and slow. However, the food and the prices are disgusting. Truly appalling.

Staff needs to sharpen their customer service skills. Rude and entitled. If you don't like your job,find another one. Don't punish the customer.

The slowest service in town

Good customer service, however was not pleased to know that the baked goods just get thrown out when not purchased for a couple days. Donating these would align with the “company values” of being an ethical and environmentally conscious company.. Do better.
