I stopped in on a cold -35C day because this was the closest place to get fried chicken, and also for nostalgic reasons because I used to come here decades ago. The staff is friendly, but KFC is not what it used to be (and I say this for the company in general). I placed an order through Skip the Dishes and after waiting an hour with no update on my order, I called the store. They told me that they were still waiting for the driver. I asked if I could pick it up instead and they agreed. I arrived and they were just finishing preparing a fresh order. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to comp me a dessert. I feel that the staff went above and beyond to correct an error that was not their fault.

Great staff - excellent customer service. The chicken recipe has DEFINITELY changed though. Barely any flavor anymore. Not crispy whatsoever -I've now given up on buying KFC. Always hoping for that crispy, packed with flavor skin but sadly it is always bland, soggy and greasey. Too bad because I used to LOVE the flavor and it's just not there anymore. :(
