Their wings are amazing and lots of options and not just the usual flavors that are everywhere else. The plate of nachos was huge. Had to take some home. Very friendly staff.
If you are in Calgary, check out Mug Shotz. Not the easiest to find, it's in an industrial area, and doesn't look like much from the outside. However. Hands down, the absolute BEST chicken wings we have ever had. Undeniably hands down. Every plate and platter that passed by our table looked, and smelled, amazing.
Mugshotz has the best chicken wings in Calgary- no contest. The signature salt and pepper are a must-try. I am also partial to the sweet-and-spicy flavours, and there are several interesting options. The steak-cut might seem excessive and filling, but the wing flavours are so punchy that the fries help tone down the heat and the sweet. If the ambiance and location feel a bit divey it's in the best way possible. Don't forget to take a turn at the claw machine before you leave.
