absolutely my favorite vietnamese restaurant in the city . I have tasked alot but fresh everytime . such amazing people . clean very very clean . great prices .
I am a regular and my wife always asks for this if we go for takeout . and a very healthy alternative to other take outs I find .

MyMy Vietnamese Submarines is a favourite place to grab lunch near SAIT campus. The prices are incredible for the portion, service is great, and it is a wonderful local business. The lunch specials are really quite good. The bun mi are tasty; try a Sante Beef or the snack combo. The bread is not hard, but crunchy. Their bubble tea is huge, and "their take" on it is like a sweet creamy slushy. Vietnamese coffee is more than expected. Food is awesome and very good for the price. Staff are friendly and made the sub super quickly. The owner is excellent to coordinate with for catering, providing delivery for a reasonable fee. For an office meeting, they packaged subs in halves, and lemongrass chicken was the big hit. There is parking in the back of the building. Come by during lunch and dinner.
