I usually order a panago pizza with vegan cheese when I need a quick and easy lunch for me and my 2 kids and don't want to pay for an artisan pizza. They just switched to a new vegan cheese and it is awful. Awful texture, awful taste, and looks disgusting. I won't be ordering again.
Orders delivery twice and each time it took 1 and a half hours. I'm 7 minutes away and not at a busy time. Once the order tasted like it had been made a day before. Stale. Thought I would try by pick up. Wish I had gone to another location. I forgot they never put sauce on it.
Been ordering delivery from here for the past 3 years using their website/app and have only had exceptional experiences. It is by far our favorite delivery pizza. The delivery drivers are also all really nice and kind.
