Pizza Hut in Calgary

“I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent. I especially want to appreciate Harleen for her friendly, polite, and professional service. She was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly.

The overall experience was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut to others. Great food and great customer service! 🍕❤“

“Got a large two topping pan and breadsticks! Wow! I forgot how good Pizza Hut was from my childhood and this location delivered. We got take out and the woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

If you haven’t go get a pan pizza using their online deal! Tons of topping and so crispy.“

“The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with perfectly melted cheese and a crispy crust. The staff was friendly, quick, and very welcoming, making the whole visit enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the service was fast even during busy hours. Great value for money and consistent quality every time. Definitely my go-to spot for pizza—highly recommend!“

“I had an excellent dine‑in experience at this Pizza Hut. All the food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Das, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared to top spec. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude really elevated the visit. Highly recommend this location for great service and great food.“

“Came in and ordered in store, the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the various options. Once order was placed, food came really quick (approx. 10 mins). The food was delicious, presentation was on point, and couldn't wait to dig in! Das assisted with the order and made sure the order was made to perfection and was very pleased. Really would recommend again. I ordered two pizzas, wings, breadsticks, and a dessert cookie and there wasn't a single thing I could criticize. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!“

“Had a great experience here thanks ! Super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was just right with my order. Their good vibes really made the visit better. You can tell they care about what they do. Definitely coming back for more pizza! 🍕“

“It's Pizza Hut, not the best but good if you need something quick.

I take this back, petty me ten years ago didn't appreciate the consistency, it's still not THE BEST, but for price, quality, and service, I am glad it's an option.“

“The best pizza i ever had. The ingredients is so fresh, the dough is as perfect as what a pizza should be, amazing service with leda, just perfect. I would definitely come back here. And would highly recommend to my friends. Great experience overall and cravings satisfied😋“

“First time visiting this location (even though I’ve lived in the area a couple of years) and was pleasantly surprised. Esther, who served me and made my personal pizza, was very friendly and personable. The personal pan pizza definitely hit the spot! Thank you!😊“

“Customer service from Loraine about our online order was fantastic. 10/10 for her. I ordered a HUGE order (23 individual boxes) early in the morning not realizing that she was the only one working that morning, and it came late (obviously). I called after the fact and asked why it was late and she explained all this which made perfect sense to me. We agreed that next time I did a large order like that I’d call the night before so that there was enough safe there. I would definitely order again because of her. Pizza was hot and made well. Again 10/10 for Loraine.“

“Been ordering pizza from this pick up location for several years. The staff have always been incredibly pleasant to deal with, the pricing for the food is excellent by Calgary standards and the pizza is prepared quickly and is tasty. Worth frequenting.“

“Always recommend to visit this place. Very friendly atmosphere. Suman, gave us very reasonable deals for pizza and as a customer make us satisfied. She is so kind. Also, pizza were delicious too. Will have to visit again for taste and good staff as well.“

“My experience with the pizza hut was great. I had issue while placing an order to redeem my points on sunday. I went to the store and asked them to help me the staff was very helpful. They helped me with the process. The service was great and fast. The food was also great“

“Got to our place just in time for a game session, and the cheese in the pizza is absolutely insane. Choosing alfredo and sweet sauce + supreme, Pizza Hut seems to taste better when it comes from this location especially compared to other competitors and tastier than how I remembered it five years ago!

The chicken especially is impressively juicy, tender and delicious for a pizza place, lol! The sauce alternatives are the deal maker and the staff are very nice and chill.“

“I will never be coming back to this Pizza Hut (#5115). The environment in this store is completely hostile and disorganized.
During my visit, an employee named Harkrish spoke to me with zero respect and was outright rude when taking my order. Instead of handling the situation professionally when an issue came up, the staff escalated things and started arguing with me directly. It was completely uncalled for and completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer.
The root of the problem seems to come from the top. The manager, Harleen Kaur, treats the staff terribly, creating an uncomfortable, toxic vibe in the entire store. It is clear that poor management is destroying customer service here. Corporate needs to intervene, retrain the leadership, and address how employees interact with customers.“

“I am a regular weekend customer of this location.
Food is great as you'd expect from pizza hut but customer service is awesome and on next level. They always remember my sides with the order and awesome to deal with. Night staff you rock!!“

“Mikha from the front counter was really nice and accomodating. I called prior coming over to check if the free personal pizza is still on from Canada’s win last night. She served us with a smile. We always get our pizza in this location and we never had issues.“
