I can’t rave enough about Rocky Mountain BBQs team. We hired them to cater our wedding near Longview last week and Braden the owner was so patient with me throughout the process, with multiple emails and questions. Braden was professional and kind, and never made me feel like I was a bother (even when I probably was a bit annoying).

I just got married yesterday (September 7th, 2024)
We got married out at the east long view hall. My day was crazy busy as. So much going on. The only thing we didn’t have to worry about was the food. The two gentlemen that showed up were the nicest guys. Braden and his team were great! The food was outstanding. We had prime rib, chicken, Cesar salad, macaroni & cheese and potatos and it was all so good. We have had many great comments from all our guests. we ordered extras so we could offer seconds and people did not hesitate. would 100% recommend. The prime rib and macaroni and cheese were my favorite parts of the meal.
