Every morning I get almost cold coffee, clearly it has been sitting there for hrs. Don't have time to wait for a new brew to be made, never use to be this way. This is normally when I get there about 230am but still should be hot coffee.
Horrible for food. Bagels over toasted or not toasted at all. Ask for double toasted and looks like they toasted it in hell. Not sure why I keep going to this one. Maybe it's worth the extra few min to go to the Tim's further down 52nd street. Breakfast sandwiches are usually not hot..maybe just above room temperature.
