Normally a favorite to visit whenever I'm in Calgary. Food always excellent and great atmosphere. Normally great service, but recently had terrible service outside. Wasn't even offered additional drinks, music was turned up so loud it was distorted, we were getting up to pay inside as our server didn't even seem willing or able to take our money. Server only offered excuses.
