On Dec 17th I ordered a hazelnut latte with cinnamon steamed into the milk. It was made just the way I like it! The barista was Bethany, who was smiling when I entered and proceeded to make me feel welcome. She made the drink quickly and was very pleasant. I’ve been to this location before and have never had this type of service. I’ll definitely be back.
Best customer service ever I got by Janhavi. She is very professional towards her work and always smiling and polite with everyone in a stressful situations as well.Even I always visit store before my job around 7 and she is super energetic also seeing her energy makes my day energetic.Not only her but all other staff ( Naurin,Alex and Riya ) they are also same like her.Thank you girls for making our day easier and wonderful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Regularly the SLOWEST drive thru lineup I’ve ever been in. Today waited almost 15 mins just to get to the window. Speaker outside wasn’t working, tap wasn’t working and then took the lady twice to get my order correct. Ugh. If they weren’t the only place that has frozen hot chocolate, I’d never come back.
