Simmons Rooftop Bar offers a beautiful view and a drink menu with a good variety, including the recommended grapefruit radler and Rosa sangria. The burger comes with many toppings and is known for not being too messy. Nacho chips are seasoned with a little spice, but could have more toppings. The salsa is exceptional. Pork tacos are a delicious choice. Ivy, the waitress, is described as charming, helpful, and providing great recommendations. The blanco sangria is recommended.
