Staff don't seem to like their job much. No smile or warmth. Just doing their job. Asked for my usual grande pike with heavy cream. Heavy cream was there but just barely a drop. I would usually say something but did not bother. I didn't want to contribute to the staff already gloomy day. I don't think I'll be visiting again.
What's really important to me is the staff's behavior. They all are really nice. In the morning, Edith and Maria helped me and she recommended me a drink because I had sore throat and now I feel way better. Their smiles on their face made my day. I hope the company recognizes and rewards its staff for their exceptional service and outstanding customer care. We need to see more of this kind of kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude in our daily lives.
This must be the absolute slowest Starbucks in the city, 15 plus minutes everytime I order and that includes when it isn't busy. I mobile order ahead of time and it is always at least 10 minutes past when the app suggests it might be ready. Either the staff here need more training or they need to have more staff
