I come here almost everyday in my way to work as it's super close to my house. They're always super warm and inviting in the drive thru. But they have one major setback. When they have Jun work the drive thru the line is twice as long and my order is always wrong when he's working it. Please have your staff properly trained before putting them on drive thru
Manager can better manage the staffing. The waiting time for app ordered coffee is 20 min in the store is absolutely not acceptable. The ordering/cashier lady has nothing to do while the other staff were so busy making the drinks.

Customer service is lacking hard.No one said hello to me. I stood at the counter and listened to the two workers standing in front of me have their conversation about whatever.Employee didn't understand the order, "brown sugar oat espresso with less ice."
