The vibe is relaxed and friendly. Thanny takes the time to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and engages in friendly conversation that make you feel valued as a customer. Her efficiency with prepping and making your order is above in beyond, making sure not a second more goes by for hungry customers!

Cat is an excellent culinary artist when it comes to making your food! Every sandwich I have ever gotten made by her was balanced and prepped perfectly to make a wonderful meal.

The place is spotless, chairs are always neatly placed, no crumbs on the tables, and floors are always clean! I see them busy all the time when I drive home from work and you’d never think its busy with how organized, stocked and clean it is! The work these employees do to create a wonderful and comfortable environment is phenomenal!

“Dined in at this location the other week. I’ve never been disappointed with Subway and that is still true today, they have a great selection of meats, breads, and sauces for the price that you pay. Easy to purchase for takeout and convenient as well because there’s a ton of locations around the city. My only qualm with this location is that I attempted to use a coupon here, showed it to the lady making my sandwiches, was acknowledged, however, when it came time to make the payment, I wasn’t informed that I had to scan the coupon and so the coupon was not applied towards my meal. Regardless, the location was clean, food was delicious, and service was good aside from the earlier stated miscommunication.“

The sitting area is clean and in good repair here.

There was plenty of free parking here too.
It is easy to see from 28th street. Located across from the old China Rose Restaurant.

“I go here on my lunches sometimes and it is such a good subway, I’ve never had a bad experience here. The sandwiches are well made (not stingy) and the lady who works around noon on Saturdays is super lovely to deal with, very friendly and nice to talk to.“

“This is the best subway I've been to in 20 years. Hands down. Across Canada. I don't know his name but he was working Thursday Feb 13 around 930pm. I go out of my way on the way to work for this location. When I get a sub here the toppings are actually across the sub. Typical since doing away with the boat cut, you get stuck with meat on one half and veg on the other. Not here. Just a perfect sub. Location is clean and nice as well.“

“The lady working today, on December 11 was sooo sooooo kind and nice to me and my friend and chatted with us about a lot of things and asked for our opinions on stuff too while the food was heating. Their customer service is great and it’s never too crowded and has a cozy vibe.
I recommend this location.“

“Food is amazing! Subway has revamped their menu and doubled up on the meat but you do pay for it. Service is sub par during the dinner or lunch rush as they seem to be heavily understaffed and wait times are up to 25min while one person is preparing orders for pick-up and one person does counter orders.

“Subway is usually great. Not sure how this place of all places we go to, never had spinach (only on my last visit did they have it)... They rearranged the sitting arrangement, much better now but still more cramped than in other places which have more space to work with. Otherwise, the servers are friendly and don't skimp on veggies. Unless you use coupons.“
