The vibe is relaxed and friendly. Thanny takes the time to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and engages in friendly conversation that make you feel valued as a customer. Her efficiency with prepping and making your order is above in beyond, making sure not a second more goes by for hungry customers!

Cat is an excellent culinary artist when it comes to making your food! Every sandwich I have ever gotten made by her was balanced and prepped perfectly to make a wonderful meal.

The place is spotless, chairs are always neatly placed, no crumbs on the tables, and floors are always clean! I see them busy all the time when I drive home from work and you’d never think its busy with how organized, stocked and clean it is! The work these employees do to create a wonderful and comfortable environment is phenomenal!

Parking: With the cold breeze of October settling in and the snow not too far behind, the parking is only a few steps away, leaving you in the cold for only a few seconds byt easily able to warm up with smile these ladies give you!“

“Dined in at this location the other week. I’ve never been disappointed with Subway and that is still true today, they have a great selection of meats, breads, and sauces for the price that you pay. Easy to purchase for takeout and convenient as well because there’s a ton of locations around the city. My only qualm with this location is that I attempted to use a coupon here, showed it to the lady making my sandwiches, was acknowledged, however, when it came time to make the payment, I wasn’t informed that I had to scan the coupon and so the coupon was not applied towards my meal. Regardless, the location was clean, food was delicious, and service was good aside from the earlier stated miscommunication.“

Atmosphere is alright.. it's a Subway.. clean, but it is particularly small and narrow, compared to some. Food is fairly typical, but sometimes, toppings are a little on the "light" side and you have to request a few more tomatoes or pickles to actually get them close to a decent level.“

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.He was patient as I customized my sandwich, and suggested me the best sauces to pair with. I also had a disappointing experience , mainly due to the unprofessional behaviour of a girl with specs, one of the staff members. When she saw me she just walked out of the counter.“

The sitting area is clean and in good repair here.
The staff are friendly and attentive. They will actually interact with you instead of just being order takers like in some other locations. I certainly appreciate their kindness.
I met the owner here as well and he took the time to get my impressions of his store.
There was plenty of free parking here too.
It is easy to see from 28th street. Located across from the old China Rose Restaurant.

“Had lunch at the Sunridge location recently while waiting for my car repair. The repair took longer than expected, so I was there for awhile. They were patient, letting me wait, never once made me feel unwelcome. At one point I went outside to wait, but staff members told me to come back inside and wait, because it was cold out. “This is the best subway I've been to in 20 years. Hands down. Across Canada. I don't know his name but he was working Thursday Feb 13 around 930pm. I go out of my way on the way to work for this location. When I get a sub here the toppings are actually across the sub. Typical since doing away with the boat cut, you get stuck with meat on one half and veg on the other. Not here. Just a perfect sub. Location is clean and nice as well.“

“Food is amazing! Subway has revamped their menu and doubled up on the meat but you do pay for it. Service is sub par during the dinner or lunch rush as they seem to be heavily understaffed and wait times are up to 25min while one person is preparing orders for pick-up and one person does counter orders.
