This Subway isn't so much a restaurant for walk-up customers but rather a kiosk where you can collect orders placed in advance.

Today I was asked if I would mind waiting a minute or two, I assumed for the single employee working to complete the wrap she was working on. My mistake.

She then proceeds to collect a receipt, that might be more accurately described as a scroll, of no fewer than 10 subs ordered for pickup hours in advance. After completing her work she proceeds to have a chat and offer free cookies to the man who was collecting the crate of sandwiches.

Was I offered a free cookie? Most certainly not. I am a mere peon in the massive subway catering machine. An inconvenience at most, lucky to have the honor of waiting 10 minutes for service.

I get it’s busy at lunch, but at least put a reasonable amount of veggies on. I had to ask for more lettuce after a small line was added, then they put 4 pickles on a full footlong, and looked frustrated when I asked for more. Same for cucumbers. I understand the rush of lunch but that was just extremely frustrating

I almost never review fast food chains, but I find the service here to be pretty good! The lady who appears to be in a Manager-type role is always friendly so I appreciate that. The food is consistent. For those recent reviewers who have noted issues with food not being properly handled, etc. I honestly think you should contact AHS - they will investigate and get to the bottom of it.

This location has gone down hill. They don't know their own menu. I ordered a Canadian Club only for the staff member to botch the order and add everything to my sub. What's the point in having a menu if they are going to ignore it?

One of the new employees (shorter one) is rude. Served by her a couple of times, asks questions begrudgingly, and doesn’t pay attention so ends up asking multiple times

Extremely slow service. Go here if you want to wait in line for 30 minutes to over-pay for a thrown together sub made by someone who’s dead inside.
