Had a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our meal. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

Absolutely the worst. I want to give it 0 stars. All the food was super over cooked very dry and taste less. The ginger beef was so bad it would crumble like a chip. Also the person on the phone has no manners. Don't waste your time and money avoid at all cost.

Overall bad experience. Food had a weird frozen-like after taste. Even the water tasted off. Very salty and not enjoyable. Service was bad, pretty rude actually... but I would suggest new staff and a better chef to improve this place. Sorry!

It’s nice food, always fresh and tasty! We have been here for 10 years, love this restaurant. I like the Chicken Pakora and Fish Pakora, they are so delicious. It is the best restaurant in Calgary, I really recommend it to my friends.

I am going to report this to city n health and safety department.
One of the worst place if we said the fish is dry and its not tasting good. Rather then offering us new freshly made. She try from our same plate and then said we ahould continue eating this. How rude these people are. Owner should be ashamed.

Went here for dinner today and had a very disappointing experience. We clearly asked for no spicy food, yet the dishes were made extremely spicy. On top of that, we had to wait over half an hour, while other customers who arrived and ordered after us were served first.
The server and receptionist (same person) was very annoying and rude, especially at billing time, repeatedly pushing for “server tip, server tip” in a very disrespectful manner.
Another major issue was the smoke from the kitchen spreading all over the dining area, making it uncomfortable and suffocating. Even small children were crying because of the spicy smoke.
Overall, poor service, poor atmosphere, and food not prepared as requested. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

We found hair in the food. They served the rice and served us gravy after 20 minutes. Rice got cold. The plates were chipped. Visited this place after 4 years, it went down the hill. Don't go there and waste your money

People hate on this place a lot for cleanliness and service but the food is good enough that the rest doesn’t really matter too much. Overall good halal spot

I hate to write this review because I’ve ordered food from here for over 5 years now but honestly the food quality, service, and overall taste has declined so terribly. I use to love the paneer pakora and manchurian from here but last 2-3 times I’ve ordered it has been terrible. Last time the manchurian was so watered down with barely any taste and the manchurian balls were spongy when usually they are soft. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just this batch or maybe a new chef but we ordered again from them, just the paneer pakora’s this time, first off the lady who picked up the phone was beyond rude, i placed an order and i was asking her how long until it’s ready and she cut the call on me. Fast forward we picked up the food and went home to eat, they didn’t taste bad just kinda dry but there was hair in it, in the batter, and we opened up a couple and most had strands of hair, it was absolutely disgusting. We called to tell them that it was disgusting and we found hair in our food and she told us in a very accusatory tone that maybe we put it there and there probably wasn’t hair, we had to send her the picture of hair literally sticking out through the pakora and she didn’t even offer a refund but that she’ll offer us a free replacement when honestly i don’t even want that anymore. A couple years ago i would’ve recommended this place, now honestly save your money, there are so many other restaurants that make amazing indo-chinese food for better quality, taste, and actually worth the price.
