I was extremely disappointed with the food I ate at this restaurant. The food was horrible. The noodles were greasy and horrible, the soup was third grade, and the chilli chicken was so terrible I have not eaten such bad chilli chicken in my life. The chilli beef was just as bad as the chilli chicken. Above all, they say that their food is halal. It is not halal and they are not certified either. For those who are looking for good Chinese food this is not the place. For those who are looking for Halal chines food this place is definitely not the place to eat.
Muslims Beware.

It's not so expensive. The service was great and the food was really good. I recommend hot and sour soup and their Manchurian Noodle.

We visited Taketomi to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful dinner experience! We ordered the Manchurian soup, chilli chicken, rice, and chowmein — everything was delicious, but the chilli chicken was definitely the star of the meal 🔥
The food was tasty, service was friendly and prompt, and what really stood out was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous — something that feels rare in today’s economy! Overall, a great place for tasty food without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Seriously this food at this place is unbelievable today. Beef and black beans sauce and beef. Fried rice unbelievable. Amazing food if you haven’t tried this place yet you must come and try the best thing I love about it. No pork in this place chicken beef, seafood tofu, name it other than pork you gotta come and try seriously.

I have been ordereding from this place for more than 10yrs. They food quality and service has worsened every passing year.I ordered large soup and ginger beef. The ginger was sooʻooo bad that we couldn't eat even a single piece, it made me gag, it was that bad. There was a very strong flavor like raw fish or like strong metal. I called the next morning to tell them know, the person doesn't even have manners, she asked me to bring back the food, she expected me to bring the food that was thrown in the garbage and come from far SE with the ginger beef. I will never go back, don't waste your money on the food there.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered chicken fried rice and chicken Manchurian. The food was okay, but the staff added a $7 tip without asking, gave no receipt, and kept walking uncomfortably close while we ate. The ambience was terrible, with strong kitchen smells and dirty dishes being carried into the dining area. Service, hygiene, and customer treatment were poor. Check your bill carefully before you pay. We lost money and would not recommend this place.

And also thank you for your response. However, there were only two of us, not a group of six or more, so the mandatory tip policy does not apply.

The concern is not about tipping, but that a tip was added without informing us, and the explanation provided is factually incorrect.

Customers deserve transparency and accurate billing.

Wrote a review of this place 3 years ago praising them for their fantastic Hakka dishes, since then things have definitely really changed as of recently, their dishes have really declined and are just terrible these days, I clearly am not alone in noticing this because wait times used to be crazy, this time when I ordered it was ready in 10 minutes instead of over an hour. Very disappointing because I loved this place but that’ll be my last visit

Had a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our meal. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!
