This afternoon I have order 4 drinks and asked them kindly to make them 50% sugar and the out come is still so sweet. Then I kindly asked the lady to give me cold water so I can dilute my Jasmine tea drink. And she told he she only got tap water?? Which is fine. But it's warm tap water??
Seriously, at least offer if I want some green tea to dilute my drink which they have made it so sweet at the 1st place. I paid full price for my drink and they didn't even bother asking if I want it remade.
Service like this is totally down the hill. I do not recommend this place at all.
Super eco-friendly and staff were very wonderful. I made small talk with the cashier and she was incredibly sweet, as well as the guy who made my drinks.
All of their cups, straws, bags, are 100% paper/cardboard and I will definitely be back because of this.

The coffee shop here is nice!
Pro:
-The shop design is nice, clean!
-The waiter's behaviour is acceptable, they even give you free water and ice if you request for more!
-There are plenty seat, the seat is huge and soft!
Con:
-there is only one washroom!
-the milk from the drink is kinda bad!
Overall: Everything adds up still give the shop 4 stars! Hope the shop upgrade better in the future!
Parking: You have to park outside, for those who ride bike gotta park kinda far away from the shop!
Kid-friendliness: The shop is kid friendly!

We order 30% sugar, and end up getting a 300% sweet drink! Worst drink in the town. Bad customer service as well

It is a spacious venue to hangout. They also offer options to reserve their table for working on projects - is perfect for university students!
Washroom is kept clean! There’s underground parking (plenty of stalls!). They have a good variety of drink choices!

I almost paid $9 for a Bubble Tea that was sugar less. The funny thing is that the name of this tea was "brown sugar milk tea". I would never come back to this location!

Just recommend the one in EdmontonNot really good
This University District Alley is awesome. It has plenty seating area with natural light. Good for grabbing a bbt and catch up with friends. Alley iron goddess milk tea is my all time fave; it has a very rich and complex tea flavor.

Just okaySince it's close to a Uni, they don't really have to put too much effort. That's why this Alley is the okay, because they rush you a bit when it's quite. They don't suggest drinks you might like they just wait for you to answer them. Not bad service but just fair service. But the quality is the same as any another Alley, truly average.

The Alley is an amazing place to stop for milk tea. They carry many different flavors, each differing in their own amazing way. The Alley does collaborations and in their recent Jujitsu Kaisen collab they released 2 different smoothies, both of which had amazing flavours (my personal favorite being Getos). I can recommend to anyone who wants to try a new bubble tea place or just try bubble tea in general.

How about honoring birthday drinks? I'm told by your Richmond Hill ON location you must buy a drink 7 days before your birthday to qualify for your birthday drink on the day of your birthday.
My coworker got me a crunchy tiramisu bubble tea from here to try. The flavour was not too bad, but it definitely leans more on the lighter side and would taste better if it was a little stronger. The size of their regular drink was also noticeably smaller than other bubble tea places.Considering they seem to place more emphasis on the quality of their tea leaves, maybe a tea based drink would be a better choice instead.
