OMG, this is a tea lover's HEAVEN! He has so many varieties of green, black, white, and herbal tea. I had such a hard time deciding what to buy. Plus, his teacups and teapots are gorgeous. Pardon me for gushing like this; the store is really beyond any other tea store I've ever been in.

Johnathan was so knowledgeable in TEA. There are so many to smell and choose from. They have a magnetic board with small amounts of tea to smell and get a sense of what you want to purchase. Not to mention, all the teapots and decorative tins to purchase. He supports local artists with their artwork on the tins. LOVE THIS! They also do private tea parties if you want to do something new and exciting! I'll be back for sure!

Did a private tea tasting here that was immensely enjoyable. Both hosts were incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely easy to talk to. The teas were delicious and the night one to be remembered. Highly recommend stopping by.

The store is so welcoming and FULL of all your tea needs. Lovely herbal selection. The owner literally does not age and it’s probably because of the amazing tea in the shop. Send me to rehab because I am hooked on this store. Fantastic atmosphere!

Owner obviously takes care to be knowledgeable about the merchandise, and supports local Calgary artists through his business.However he randomly yelled 'arigato' as we were leaving the shop — for context we are Korean (it didn't come up in conversation at the time, and he never put in the effort to ask) — likely assuming we were Japanese. Was overall an enjoyable experience otherwise, but felt uncomfortable leaving.

It is worth noting that the owner of the store cares about his customers and provides not only high-quality tea, but also unique accessories for the tea ceremony from around the world. With the internet directing you to large companies that use low quality tea and flavourings ,It’s difficult to find good tea these days. Luckily I found this little tea shop in Kensington. The owner directed me to some of the most extraordinary loose leaf teas from Yunnan and Nepal. Every time I have a cup I feel as if I am transported back to the Himalayas! Love this shop
