As a regular at this location, I usually have a pleasant experience. The coffee is fresh, service is quick, and the dining area is generally clean. During peak hours, though, the lobby can get crowded and cleanliness slips a bit—bins fill up and some tables wait too long for a wipe. Staff are efficient, but the friendliness can be hit-or-miss; a warmer tone at the counter would go a long way. Occasionally, there are people seeking shelter indoors, which can make the space feel...
What can I say... It's timmies so the food is decent. But this place is BUSY!!! LIKE LINEUPS OUT THE DOOR BUSY. the parking is awful if u can even get a spot. Usually very few places to sit to dine in.

Visited the Tim Hortons on 12th Avenue. The coffee and food were decent, as expected. There’s enough space to sit and enjoy your coffee, which is a plus. However, the staff weren’t particularly friendly and seemed a bit disinterested. Service was okay, but the atmosphere could be warmer. An average experience overall.
