I was just there - placed my 8th order. I was informed because I didn't place my request for a donut with my order I was NOT going to get the Boston cream donut. What is this all about?????? We can't tell how many visits are on the card, only you can. I am very disappointed. I'm certain the employee could have given me my free donut. Bonnie
On 2 different days on the same week I went to the Tim Horton on crowfoot way and both time there was flys on the donuts , on both times I let the staff know about it and they didn't care , the second time another customer told one of the staff about the flys and she looked and say there's no flys on the donut , I had to tell her too yes there is flys it's right there , that is disgusting .
